• Interactive Website:
  Check drug cost, locate a participating pharmacy, order prescriptions by mail, access drug and health information and check drug interactions.
• Mail Order Pharmacy:
  Save even more when ordering prescriptions by mail. The Mail Order Direct program lets members purchase a 90 day supply of select medications for a low, fixed price through CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy. Plus, enjoy free standard* shipping and handling!
• FastStart Service:
  To get started with mail service, simply call the toll-free number on the back of your member ID card and ask for FastStart service. CVS Caremark will contact the doctor to obtain a new prescription. Members should have ID number, prescription information (including doctor’s name and phone number), shipping address, and credit card ready.
• Convenient Refills:
  Request prescription refills 24 hours a day by either calling the toll-free number on the prescription label. All that is needed is the prescription number and credit card number.

On average, with expedited shipping, you will receive your medication within 7-12 days from the day you mail your order.
